Locating Missing Documents

Check Encompass eFolder

If documents are in the system, they will be located somewhere within the Encompass eFolder.

Search Areas

1. Left Side Shell - Documents are often found in this location
2. All folders - Conduct a thorough search through every available folder

Common Issues

• Documents may be mislabeled or filed in unexpected locations
• Manual folder review is required to locate misplaced documents

Alternative Solution

If documents cannot be located through searching: 1. Contact the document sender directly 2. Request they resend the documents 3. Upload documents manually to ensure proper filing
