1. Visit cp.appriver.com and sign in using your FundLoans email account. Feel free to bookmark this page for convenience.
2. Click the Quarantine tab on the upper left.
3. View the quarantined emails, and release only if deemed legitimate. Remember to check for:
- Sender email address is from the correct website/organization.
- Sender email address/email contents are spelled correctly without errors or grammar mistakes.
- Any embedded links direct you to the correct location (hover over link to preview).
- Use your best judgement, and contact the IT team if unsure!
4. Either Delete or Release the emails.
5. Send Allowed List Request to send a request to the IT team to permanently approve of future emails
