Issue:

The search function in Microsoft Outlook fails to provide results.

Fix:

Rebuild the Outlook search index through Outlook options OR run the Microsoft 365 repair tool.

Outlook options:

1. Open Outlook and Select File -> Options -> Search.

2. Choose Indexing Options.

3. Click Advanced (May require administrator privileges).

4. Click Rebuild and confirm.

5. Restart your computer once the rebuilding is done.

Microsoft 365 Repair Tool:

1. Open Programs and Features through the control panel.

2. Scroll down and select Microsoft 365.

3. Click Change.

4. Select the Quick Repair option and click Repair.

5. Restart your computer once the repair is done.
