Customizing Keyboard Shortcuts:

1. Click Settings  at the bottom menu.

2. Go to Hotkeys. The list of commands are displayed on the right.

3. Click X at the right of the hotkey, click the field again, then press your preferred function key.

Note: You can assign any of the function keys from F1 to F12, except for F7. Pressing F7 maximizes the RingCentral Phone desktop app window.
