Issue:
Users of landline office phones that can not display SMS messages will constantly receive email notifications when SMS messages are received.
Fix:
Disable email notifications when receiving RingCentral SMS messages. Set up SMS auto-responses if desired.
1. Click Settings in the bottom left of RingCentral.
2. Click the Notifications tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom to change email notifications.
To set up automation for SMS messages in RingCentral:

1. Click Create new automation with the trigger type SMS recieved
2. Click Add Action
3. Choose Send SMS
4. Select Sent from number
5. Select Sender as recipient
6. Type your custom message and click Add.
7. Click Save.
8. Enable the automation
