Issue:

Rising desk became stuck at maximum height and wouldn't decline. Screen displayed the error code E08:

Fix:
1. Press and hold the down key for 7-10 seconds.
2. Once ASr appears on the screen, release the key.

3. Press and hold the down key once again. Continue to hold the key as the desk lowers all the way, and wait for the desk to rise slightly.
4. Once the height measurement appears on the screen, release the key.

The desk should begin operating normally again and it can rise or decline as needed.
