Issue Description

Appraiser information entered in the File Contacts screen may not appear to be duplicating to the Underwriting Screen - Appraisal Information section.

Screen Locations

  • Source: File Contacts screen (where Account Managers enter appraiser information when they receive the appraisal)
  • Destination: Underwriting Screen - Appraisal Information section

Resolution

The fields in both locations are identical and should automatically populate the same information. The appraiser information from File Contacts should appear in the Underwriting Screen's Appraisal Information section.

What to Do if Information is Missing

If you encounter a loan where the appraiser information is missing from the Underwriting Screen's Appraisal Information section:

  1. Verify the information was properly entered in File Contacts
  2. Report the specific loan to support for investigation

The system is designed to use the same fields across both screens, so missing information indicates a potential system issue that should be addressed.
