Problem Description
When saving PDFs to landscape view with "shrink to fit" option and attempting to upload them to Encompass efolder, an error occurs indicating the file appears corrupted.
Cause
Encompass detects the PDF file as corrupted, preventing it from being uploaded to the efolder.
Solution
To resolve this issue:
- Reprint the PDF using the following steps:
- Access your Advanced Print Settings
- Switch the print option to "Print As Image"
- Save the PDF and attempt to upload to Encompass again
This setting change should eliminate the corruption error and allow successful upload to the Encompass efolder.
