Issue Description

Underwriters may accidentally create a new loan file when working with the Piggyback Loan screen by clicking the wrong button.

Root Cause

This happens when an underwriter clicks the "Create NEW piggyback loan" button instead of the "LINK an existing loan" button.

Button Functions

• Create NEW piggyback loan: Creates a completely new loan file
• LINK an existing loan: Links to an already existing loan file

Resolution

If an accidental loan file is created:

1. Contact support to have the accidentally created file deleted
2. Use the correct "LINK an existing loan" button for future piggyback loan operations

Prevention

Always verify you are clicking the correct button: - Use "LINK an existing loan" when working with existing loans - Only use "Create NEW piggyback loan" when intentionally creating a new loan file
