Overview

CD Change of Circumstance (COC) notifications are automatically generated emails that alert staff when a COC redisclosure is required for loan files.

How the System Works

  • Notifications trigger automatically whenever a COC is required
  • The system sends emails with loan details including loan number and borrower information
  • Multiple staff members can be included in the recipient list

Managing Notification Recipients

Adding Recipients

Staff members can request to be copied on all COC notifications by contacting the system administrator.

Removing Recipients

Recipients can be removed from the notification list when they no longer need to receive these alerts.

Notification Content

Each automated notification includes: - Loan Number - Borrower Name - Reason for COC requirement - Contact information for the sending department
