2. More than one document with the same name in the package * This most often occurs with Settlement Service Provider List documents * Could also be caused by EDS including a document automatically and a second document being added manually * Uncheck one of the documents and send it separately or rename one of the documents * Example: Add "eSign" and "Wetsign" suffixes or add "Copy" to the end of one document name
3. Package size is too large (too many custom forms) * Send package in sections
4. Duplicate email entered into field * Delete duplicate e-mail
5. Using old (multi-page) version of forms * Update to the one page POD version
6. Corrupt Custom Form * Exclude from package until form has been recreated * To troubleshoot: send without custom forms to rule out, then add back in one at a time to determine which is causing the error
7. Period at the end of the e-mail address * Remove the period at the end of the e-mail address
8. Additional characters for zip code in fulfillment * Remove any "-" or additional numbers in fulfillment zip code mailing address * Also check page 2 for similar issues
