Work with Custom Print Forms Edit a custom print form On the Custom Print Forms list, select a form, and then click the Edit icon. Microsoft Word and the Insert Fields dialog box opens. Make the required changes to the form, click Save , and then click Close . Copy a custom print form On the Custom Print Forms list, select a form, and then click the Copy icon. Open the folder in which you want to store the copy and click the Paste icon. Move a custom print form On the Custom Print Forms list, select a form, and then click the Cut icon. Open the folder to which you want to move the form and click the Paste icon. Delete a custom print form On the Custom Print Forms list, select a form, and then click the Delete icon. Click Yes in response to the confirmation message. Rename a custom print form On the Custom Print Forms list, select a form, and then click Rename . Type the new name. Add a new folder On the Custom Print Forms screen, select the Public or Personal folder in which you want to add the new folder. Click the New Folder icon. Type a name for the folder.
