| Documents Ordered An entry is added to the Loan Log each time you send initial disclosures or closing documents. Click an eDisclosures Ordered entry to view a list of the documents included in the eDisclosure package or click a Closing Documents Ordered entry to view a list of the documents included in the closing package. To View a Documents Ordered Loan Log Entry: On the Pipeline , double-click a loan to open it. On the Loan Log (in upper-left corner), click the Log tab. Click an eDisclosures Ordered entry or click a Closing Documents Ordered entry. The documents included in the package are listed on the right panel. The results of the data audit and the compliance audit are also displayed for your review. (The compliance audit results are displayed for Closing Documents Ordered entries only.) Select Compliance Review Results to view the compliance audit results. Click the View button to open the Select Documents window, where you can preview, print and manage the documents in the package. |
