| Messages Messages inform you when information has been sent to you or is available to retrieve. A message is indicated by a green message icon. The four types of messages are described below: Fax received - The message icon displays on the Loan Log on the Alerts & Messages tab to indicate that a borrower has returned requested documents via fax from. Appraisal Order Status- The message icon displays on the Loan Log on the Alerts & Messages tab to indicate that a service provider has accepted an appraisal order or rejected an appraisal order. eDisclosure Package Status - The message icon displays on the Loan Log on the Alerts & Messages tab to indicate that a borrower has accepted, signed, or returned an eDisclosure package. A loan file has been transferred to you - The message icon displays to the left of the Loan Mailbox link on the top-right of your Pipeline. A new loan application has been submitted to you via the Loan Center or Encompass Consumer Connect website- The message icon displays to the left of the Loan Mailbox link on the top-right of your Pipeline. New leads are available - The associated message icon displays on the Import Leads button on the Borrower Contacts tab. Asset analyzer has open issues - For companies that have purchased the ICE Mortgage Analyzers service, Asset Analyzer message notifications display on the Loan Log on the Alerts & Messages tab. Click the message to open the Asset Analyzer Message window. When file attachments for asset-related documents are imported into a loan, the asset analyzer scans the data in the attachments and compares it to the data in the Verification of Deposit (VOD) records in the loan. The green message is generated when the asset analyzer has finished analyzing the data. Encompass users can use the information in the alert to compare and reconcile any data differences between the document attachments and the VOD records. Credit analyzer has open issues - For companies that have purchased the ICE Mortgage Analyzers service, Credit Analyzer message notifications display on the Loan Log on the Alerts & Messages tab. This green message is generated when the Credit Analyzer has finished analyzing the data. Click the Credit Analyzer has open issues green message to open the Credit Analyzer Message window and review the message details. There, you can click the Open Analyzer button to open the credit analyzer in a web browser to review the analyzer results and compare and reconcile any income data differences between the document attachments and the Verification of Other Liability (VOOL) records in the loan. Income analyzer has open issues - For companies that have purchased the ICE Mortgage Analyzers service, Income Analyzer message notifications are available. When file attachments for income-related documents are imported into a loan, the Income Analyzer scans the data in the attachments and compares it to the data in the Verification of Employment (VOE) income records in the loan. The green message is generated when the Income Analyzer has finished analyzing the data. Click a green Income Analyzer message to open the window where you can compare and reconcile any incomes data differences between the document attachments and the VOE records. When you select a message entry on the Loan Log, a worksheet opens containing detailed information corresponding to the message. After you read a message, the entry is removed from your Pipeline, the Alerts & Messages tab on the Log, and the Borrower Contacts tab. |
