Document Upload Issues in Encompass

Disclosure Documents Automatic Movement

When uploading disclosure documents to Encompass:

  1. Automatic Processing: Disclosure documents automatically get moved to the Disclosure bucket when dropped into the system
  2. Final Placement: When you click save, the documents move to their designated location
  3. Multiple Copies: If multiple copies appear in the Disclosure bucket, staff can move them to the appropriate location

Moving Documents to Correct Buckets

If documents need to be moved to a specific bucket (such as Appraisal Delivery):

  1. Contact support staff to relocate the document
  2. Staff can relabel buckets or move documents as needed
  3. Check for multiple bucket locations if you cannot locate a moved document

Document Location Verification

  • Verify the correct bucket location for your documents
  • Be aware that there may be multiple buckets with similar names
  • Contact support if documents appear to be missing after upload

Teams Calling Errors

Issue Description

Users may experience errors when attempting to make calls through Teams.

Resolution Steps

For Teams-related issues:

  1. Contact IT Support: Email [email protected]
  2. Provide Error Details: Include any error messages or screenshots when contacting IT
