Document Upload Issues in Encompass
Disclosure Documents Automatic Movement
When uploading disclosure documents to Encompass:
- Automatic Processing: Disclosure documents automatically get moved to the Disclosure bucket when dropped into the system
- Final Placement: When you click save, the documents move to their designated location
- Multiple Copies: If multiple copies appear in the Disclosure bucket, staff can move them to the appropriate location
Moving Documents to Correct Buckets
If documents need to be moved to a specific bucket (such as Appraisal Delivery):
- Contact support staff to relocate the document
- Staff can relabel buckets or move documents as needed
- Check for multiple bucket locations if you cannot locate a moved document
Document Location Verification
- Verify the correct bucket location for your documents
- Be aware that there may be multiple buckets with similar names
- Contact support if documents appear to be missing after upload
Teams Calling Errors
