The Credit Refresh condition is automatically added to all loans along with other standard conditions during the loan setup process.

Why Credit Refresh Condition May Be Missing

If the Credit Refresh condition is not present on a loan, it was manually deleted by someone after the loan was created.

How to Identify Manual Deletion

The Credit Refresh condition does not fail to auto-fire during loan creation. Since it's added automatically with all other standard loan conditions:

• If Credit Refresh is missing but other standard conditions are present, it was manually deleted
• If Credit Refresh and other standard conditions are all missing, there may be a system issue during loan creation

Important Note

All standard loan conditions, including Credit Refresh, are automatically applied to every loan during the initial setup process. Manual intervention is required for any of these conditions to be removed from a loan file.
