How to Print the First Payment Letter

The First Payment Letter is not available as a standalone print option. Instead, it must be printed through the closing package.

Steps to Print

1. Navigate to the Closing Package section
2. Select the print option for the closing package
3. Check only the box for "First Payment Letter"
4. Proceed with printing

Important Notes

• The First Payment Letter will display the correct loan number as entered in the first field on the Interim Servicing screen
• This method ensures the borrower receives the accurate loan number for making payments
